I've known some really good worship team leaders who let others do the actual song leading in the service. I've also known a few who feel that they HAVE to have a guitar in their hand and mic in their face in order to do their job. True worship leading is about organizing people and music so that the congregation can get to a meaningful place with God. The rest is really just details. Great post!

David,
Sounds like a good Sunday - we had no drums last week and had a tremendous Sunday. I was still pretty excited to have the drums back in play this week.
